Home is warm, cooked meals made from scratch. Home is family and friends gathered together for the first time again-and-again.

Home is love.

Home is Taco Tuesday.

Home is fat people and skinny people.

Home is drub abuse and fighting off the urge to light up just one puff.

Home is making too much from not nearly enough.

Home is all hands on deck and everyone making their own contributions.

Home is grabbing for your phone while someone is typing.

Home is sitting Indian-style on the floor, comfortably curled up like a perfectly aged teddy bear

Home is common language.

Home is physical land.

Home is warm hugs that come without the expectation of something but love in return.

Home is agreeing to disagree about the fine details of religion.

Home is more than language and recipes.

Home is spiritual connection.
Home is land and Earth.

Home is self-realization.

Home is God.

Home is Love.

Home is wordless conversations.

Home is speaking the unknown.

Home is hearing the voice of God.

And you are probably wondering where the details about leadership will come about. Wright-Lead is a transformational journey. It is a safe space for emotions to thrive and be felt fully. It is a place where young adults and old can be themselves for the first time in a long time. Home is where we find our names and determine our being. This is more than a serious of leadership exercises. This is a continuous dialog between people who otherwise might never meet. It is exposing our own understood stereotypes and receiving accuracy. Wright-Lead is about finding, and returning to, home.
